The offer is conditional to the purchaser paying an initial fee with Arista Homes, from 1st October 2023 to 31st March 2024. Any upgrade items chosen during the colour selection outside the stated ranges, will incur an additional cost. This offer cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as a credit and/or discount to the building contract amount. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other Arista Homes offer and is subject to building in Arista Homes QLD build region only. Arista Homes reserves the right to alter or extend this offer at any time without notice.
