Only available through Aarcadia Homes Pty Ltd Trading as Arista Homes. The “24-week Fast Track” special offer entitles the purchaser to the following:
- 24-week build time after initial fee (deposit)
The offer is conditional to the purchaser paying an initial fee with Arista Homes, from 1 July 2023 and until a limited time. This offer cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as a credit and/or discount to the building contract amount. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other Arista Homes offer. Arista Homes reserves the right to alter or extend this offer at any time without notice.
LIMITATIONS
- The “24-week Fast Track” offer is:
- valid only on Single Storey standard Arista Homes Designs under 250sqm.
- not valid with any other offer.
- only available on deposits from 01.07.2023.
- is not redeemable for cash or credit at contract.
- subject to change without notice.
- Change in home design after date of deposit may void any guaranteed timeframes as outlined within this brochure.
- Any Council related applications may alter/void the guaranteed time frames outlined within this promotion.
- When the initial deposit is paid, the purchaser’s land must be titled and within the Arista Homes QLD build region and registered or registering within the next 7 days.
- Delays with land registration will alter/void the discount and any guaranteed timeframes as outlined within this brochure.
- Arista Homes does not supply the land. The purchaser must own the land.
- Excludes homes with structural variations and homes build on unsewered sites.
- Your Colour Selections appointment will be made for the first available date. To ensure timelines are met, flexibility for dates will be limited and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are available on the nominated date.
