“Get that display home feeling”
Only available through Aarcadia Homes Pty Ltd Trading as Arista Homes. The “Get that display home feeling” special offer entitles the purchaser to the following upgrades for $1,495:
- Raked ceilings to the main living area (Single Storey Designs)
- 2700mm ceiling height to ground floor (Double Storey Designs)
- 40mm Category 1 Essastone to kitchen (excludes butler’s pantry)
The offer is conditional to the purchaser paying an initial fee with Arista Homes, between 1 June 2023, and 31 July 2023. Any upgrade items chosen during the colour selection outside the stated ranges, will incur an additional cost. This offer cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as a credit and/or discount to the building contract amount. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other Arista Homes offer and is subject to building in the White Rock Estate (Intrapac) only. Arista Homes reserves the right to alter or extend this offer at any time without notice.
