Only available through Aarcadia Homes Pty Ltd Trading as Arista Homes. The “$14K Luxury Package” special offer entitles the purchaser to the following upgrades for $1,495:
- Raked ceilings to the main living area (Single Storey Designs)
- 2700mm ceiling height to ground floor (Double Storey Designs)
- Black or Gold tapware upgrade to kitchen, laundry and bathroom taps.
The offer is conditional to the purchaser paying an initial fee with Arista Homes, from 1st August 2023 to 30th September 2023 and is limited to the Arista Homes advertised standard home plan range. Any upgrade items chosen during the colour selection outside the stated ranges, will incur an additional cost. This offer cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as a credit and/or discount to the building contract amount. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other Arista Homes offer and is subject to building in Arista Homes QLD build region only. Arista Homes reserves the right to alter or extend this offer at any time without notice.
